going out of business? Appears that Northern Medical Supply is only open three days a week, but the only place you can make that discovery is on the front door of their store. Also appears that they and their sister operation, Dahl Medical in Minneapolis, are woefully understaffed. I placed an order for medical equipment was promised a confirmation on that order, but it never came. My money is on their going out of business soon, so BEWARE!

Wonderful Service I brought my 91 year old father into the store to purchase a walker. The weather crummy outside, Dan suggested that I pull my car into the ramp and right to the store door. My Father didn't have to deal with the elements outside. We purchased the walker and Dad is very happy with the store & Danny.

Stair Lift I received a stair lift quote from Northern Medical. I was very pleased to find that the quote we received was truly the same as the service we received when installed. You have very honest pricing & truly fantastic service! A special thanks for the younger Mr.Steffes for treating my parents so kindly.

This is how a Medical service business should be run! I came into Northern to get a nebulizer part. Northern didn't have the part,but got on the phone looking for it & found one with their competitor. They gave me the address and sent me on my way. THANK YOU!

Promise kept! I purchased a lift chair for my mother. Northern Medical told me it would be ready by friday and friday came & went. I received a phone call from the owner later friday afternoon. He explained the chair didn't show up from pride and he would personally make sure my mother had her chair by Saturday. He kept his promise and made a very satisfied customer!

Stair LIft (excellent install)! Northern quoted a very good price on a stair lift & delivered. They took their shoes off during installation and were very polite to all the family members who were there watching the install. My mother and father didn't want to move from their home of 40 years and this was the solution.I am so thankful for the lift and a great team from Northern Medical.

Your reviews are wonderful! Your reviews are wonderful. I needed to purchase a medical bed for my mother, your reviews sold me on your store. I called the store at 7:30 pm and was actually talking to a live human being that evening. We received delivery of the bed the next am. Again, thank you for helping us out.The customer service was all it said it would be.

THANK YOU! Where do I begin! My mother purchased a scooter from Northern Medical Supply and had them deliver the scooter to her house. The owner of Northern Medical came out to deliver it himself. My mom & the owner started talking about motor homes, she just purchased her rv 1 year ago. He ended up washing her wheels on the rv because she wasn't sure how to go about taking care of them. THANK YOU for such loving & concern for people! My mom said she is telling everyone about her experience.

A wonderful organization Northern Medical Supply Co. is the most considerate and caring organization I've encountered in a long time. Ken has gone out of his way to help me. I commend him and his organization.
