Compationate service ! I was in with my wife for compression (thigh high) socks. My wife was unable to get out of the car todo her condition. Dan came out to our vehicle right outside the door in the parking ramp and measured my wife right in the car. I can't tell you how much we appreciate the kind and compationate service rendered. We have alot on our plate and this made it so easy to get it done. With all my heart my wife and I thank you.
True to their word! We purchased a stairlift for my parents and was told when Northern Medical comes out for labor call, it would be no charge.No messing around there, a service man came out to adjust seat on the lift and we paid no labor costs! We like working with a store that is true to their word.
Thanks for the help! What a class operation! My father and I came into your store, we were parked behind a bus on 7th. The store manager noticed where we were parked and came running out to tell us we would get towed if we parked there. The manager said he would move my Dad's car into the ramp and to go right ahead and make ourselves comfortable in the store. We came in for a heating pad, which they stocked. Utility tips Was at four other medical supply stores looking for quad utility tips and it was suggested that i go to Northern. They had the tips and installed them on my cane right away. Store hours said 8:30 am and they didn't open until 8:40am , not a big deal.I appreciate all the inventory in their store.
Picked me up with a wheelchair The store manager brought a wheelchair to my car. We were across the street, he saw us coming and brought me to store in wheelchair. When we were done he brought me back in wheelchair. I can't thank you enough. The store seems very hard to find, baybe better signage!
pressure relief valve vent line mattress Looking for pressure relief valve vent line mattress for my moms bed. The store sold me on a new type of mattress that did not use air, a little spendy,but my mom loves it. Really like that you suggested an alternative. The parking was a little hard to find, could use more signs.
