They have a few healthcare workers that are okay, but some should NOT be in this profession. If you are sick or hurting, the last thing you need is to sit alone in a room not knowing what is going on. Then to get rudeness from a Nurse Practitioner or RN is just too much. They need to reevaluate the people working in the ER, for crying out loud. Go to another ER if you can.
we entered the hospital about 11;30 Thursday night. The check-in was relatively quick and the ER nurse Frank was very good. they did have to do some blood tests and xray and then CT scan with dye so all that took a while but my husband was given a shot for the pain.They moved him on to a room with more diagnostics to be., but they kept his comfortable.
