I had an incredible experience as a patient at Northern Lights. They were thorough, answered my questions, and took time to listen to me. The office was very busy and other patients seemed happy with their care too. I know my headaches and low back were not going away no matter what I did before and now that I've been adjusted here, I'm seriously so much better.
Marketing was too aggressive, I scheduled my wife for an exam and I got "required" to show up with her for her next appt. I called the day of to let them know I could not accompany my wife to her appointment and they kept telling me "my presence was required" and if we both don't show up we will be fined 50$. FOR WHAT? my wife is a consenting adult. And when I finally got my point across they told my wife she can show up by herself. My wife had an appointment at 2pm and the door was locked at 1:50pm. My wife and I have been cared for here for many years and we have never been healthier. When we started, they explained everything very clearly and gave us a great opportunity to get better.
They waited two months to bill my card now I can't even access it so not happy!!!!
