Trying to reach your doctors office seems just about impossible. I waited on hold for 12 minuets before someone picked up, only to have the receptionist start giving me info on the patient she thought I was.... smh this system seems to be failing. I’ve seen the decline over the last 5 years.
I don't even know where to begin. Time after time, I have been let down by Inland Hospital and their doctors offices. I recently enrolled my 2 year old daughter as a new patient at SVH in Pittsfield after leaving Inland Family Care in Waterville due to lack of proper care and precautions taken by your medical assistants. When other hospitals turned my roommate away, Inland Hospital kept her there and did anything and everything they could to make her two week dilemma go away. Thank you Inland Hospital for going above and beyond to make my roommate comfortable and happy. You are an A+++ Hospital in my book.
In July 2017, only two weeks before my youngest, Elizabeth Mason, daughters wedding, she came to Inland Hospital for emergency surgery. The Dr's and staff at the ICU were wonderful. We managed the wedding and her recovery at the same time. All is well one year later and we are very grateful for you.
The lack of compassion if simply for another human being was simply inexcusable if I could give 0 stars I would. I’ll keep it short like the treatment my sister got when your judgement ruled her diagnosis. So happy she left and went to maine general.
I've been going there since 1984 when needed, as well as to Dr.H Glover. His services to his patents were way above the averages. In fact I worked there with him and Michelle part time for while. when they first open their office in Oakland. I've had many people say "there is no better hospital service in the area".
I brought my 15 yr old daughter in to the ED this morning because when she woke up and moved her head she heard a snap and could no longer move her head and was in alot of pain. The ED Dr. was Dr. Garrett and he was awesome. Dr. Garrett was also a chiropractor and was able to adjust her spine and neck. She is really on the mend now!!! no meds were needed!!! We were in and out in 1 Hr. Dr. Garrett is an amazing Dr !!!!!!!
