Everyone at Inland is professional, knowledgeable and caring. I'm very glad to have chosen to have my son in their care. From the OBs, the Pediatricians and the nurses to the dining and the custodial staff, I felt so well taken care of during my stay. I would definitely recommend.

CSR reps are not helpful and the woman I spoke with was super rude (understatement). Inland bills their facility charges and provider charges through separate companies. Apparently the company (Akron) that manages their Doctor charges- does not know when they received the bill, their reps know absolutely nothing. So get your service there if you like, but when you get your bill and they're charging you for dates of service that don't match with your visit- good luck. What a ridiculously unorganized hospital.

After an hour of waiting to be seen I finally got to see a doctor. Then I paid for my appointment which I thought was in full. Few weeks later got a new bill. Call up about it and paid for it over the phone. Today got a third bill saying I never paid the second bill. Not happy will be calling Monday!

Went to the emergency room yesterday for back pain. Was treated as a med seeker. I overheard the doctor ask the cna why she even bothered having me change into a johnny and to just send me home before he even saw me. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I went from there to MaineGeneral emergency room where i was actually evaluated and i have a break in my spine. I literally broke my back and was treated as a med seeker. I will never be back, and that doctor should be ashamed.

At the Primary Care Concourse center in Waterville a real person answering the phone would be very nice. You leave a message and it says we will call you back in twenty four hours and most times no one ever calls back. I called Thursday morning just after eight AM and it's now Sunday morning and no return yet! Want to take bets no one will call Monday? This is not the first time this has happened. I'll try again but not for much longer. Poor service.

55 minutes of hold time for nobody to answer at one of the practices associated with your hospital. That's pretty sad... Makes a person want to find somewhere else to spend his hard earned money ...Ridiculous at best
