My husband purchased glasses less than a year ago from Northern Illinois optical. The arm broke off and I took them in to be repaired or replaced. The woman that waited on me informed me that his insurance could pay for another pair. I inquired about the one year warranty on the frames. The woman told me that she couldn't/wouldn't look into that because his insurance allows him to get a pair of glasses at the turn of each calendar year. I will not go back. It saddens me because a few of their employees were top notch.
They had the pair of glasses I wanted, and I got it for a great price.
Not sure what the girls name was that helped me today but she was AWESOME. I was there for over two hours trying to figure out my prescription and apt dates but it felt like 20 min!
Great place with good people I've been waited on by both Becky And Dorothy and have had great service on both occasions !
I have been going there for over 20 years. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. This time Pat went above and beyond helping this old guy find some glasses. She is very professional, friendly and great to work with! Thank you Pat! Can’t wait for my pair to come in.
