Street noise is terrible, can not get the room very dark inside from bright street lights from surrounding businesses, room quite small, water pressure is terrible, they only provided conditioner, shampoo would have been a nice touch for a supposed 4 star hotel. I give it 2 at best because the staff was nice. Other than that. Holiday inn has this place beat which is deeply saddening.
