Great staff, makes it a bit better to go to a place that I don’t want to go to!
Dr.williams and his staff Nina helped me at 5 months pregnant and the day before a major holiday! They fit me in quickly and made me feel like I could call the doctor at anytime if I needed assistance over the weekend. Everyone is greeted with a smile and he has top of the line equipment, easy hand in the way of shots as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Today was my first visit to this office, and I'm very pleased. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. I've never felt more comfortable at a professional office as I did here! I was looking for a more affordable dental office and I definitely found the one. Thank you to the staff for being on top of things and making this experience easy for me to adjust to.
I LOVE everything about Northern Heights Dental. The staff, the services, the cost, etc. Everyone is extremely personable and takes the time to get to know you. They even stop in to say "Hi" when you are not their patient that day! I have gotten Invisalign, a whitening service, cavities filled, and teeth cleanings - I am pleasantly pleased with it all! What a great place this is. Friendly and upbeat as well as professional and knowledgeable. Sarah has been my hygienist for years and always does a super job on my teeth. I just met Dr. Jacob today and I think I'm going to like him as well. Together, this group of people make dentistry a pleasure!
I love going to the dentist now. Everyone is so nice and professional. My hygienist Heather is amazing. She even got me to start flossing!
I appreciate the staff and the new Dr. Williams. I have been going now for 5 years and trust all the staff 100%. They are caring and kind. If I have needed a last minute appointment they get me right in and getting my wisdom teeth removed recently was a piece of cake. I absolutely love their office and staff and have complete trust they will take good care of me every visit.
