Excellent, reliable, and friendly local professional with knowledge of problems common to South Philly row homes. He walked us through common causes and problem areas for a mild roach issue before things got worse (and even found a few additional sites we hadn't seen). Then talked us through safety concerns with a toddler in the house. Will definitely consult him for all future issues.
Mark is a very professional, knowledgeable, nice, and respectful guy. Prices are extremely reasonable and transparent. He helped to identify a bug in my home free of charge when I called for a consult and he even was honest that the bug is harmless and he didn’t need to do the extermination, but would if I wanted. I wanted him to because I hate bugs but I appreciated him communicating that it was a relatively harmless type of infestation.
