I hired Northern Exteriors for a pool demolition and deck reconstruction, and the experience was extremely frustrating and ultimately damaging. While their subcontractor was the direct cause of many problems, Northern Exteriors failed to supervise, correct, or take accountability. Cam was great to work with. He responded quickly to text, gave good feedback and leads a great team. The installers were respectful and even helped install the slide off our deck.

Northern Exteriors was hired to remove the very poor quality deck that a previous contractor built but never finished, and hauled it all to the land fill. They then built a properly designed deck and did a fantastic job. They built a beautiful shed (The ‘Shed Mahal’), and installed electrical lines to the shed for lighting and power outlets, ran electricity to the Pergola and the back of the house and a few other details.
