Veryy unprofessional and dismissive company, Charged us for damages already done to the property before we moved in, and made rude comments towards us. They are refusing to answer our calls to try to come to a resolution and forcing us to email them. They said our property was extremely dirty which was not and also had it cleaned prior to leaving (minus the tub it was stained). I love what Northern Crain has done to race street. They've run off the businesses and let new non paying tenants in the neighborhood.

HORRIBLE! READ THIS if you are thinking of doing business here! I was introduced to Will Northern through a mutual friend. Will purported to be a solid businessman with integrity. I immediately liked him, considered him a friend, and trusted him. He worked with me to put together an LOI for an apartment complex we wanted to buy.
