This is Brad from Butler-Tarkington who has enjoyed a long-term relationship with Northern Comfort for quite some time. I prepaid for a service agreement back in Oct. of 2024. I had the pleasure of meeting Jeff (Owner) before our HVAC purchase in 2018. Past interactions with Giianee, Tom, Mike, and many others were very positive. Website says free estimate. Called to set up an appointment to get a "free estimate" and was informed it would be $150 trip fee that would be taken off bill if we decide to have them do the work. Their definition of Free Estimate differs greatly from mine. Why wouldn't I get multiple quotes.

Had Russ out on Monday to look at furnace once again since tech was just here on Friday placed order for new parts on a system that was installed about 18 months ago have had nothing but issues with this furnace starting three months after installation once again just an hour after Russ leaves I’m not getting heat from this sorry ass equipment.
