I had several treatments from this company for a roach issue. Every time the tech came to complete treatment, I was told I have a very small case, and he didn't understand why the treatment was not treating the problem. After 6 months of treatment, I called to complain that we still had an issue with roaches. The person I contacted was very apologetic and offered to provide another treatment for free.
