I must say this shop is one of the best shops in alpena and they are honest. I have been to several shops in alpena and have not been happy at all. There are allot of dishonest shops in alpena that you may think are honest but you are getting taken for a ride. These guys will be the only shop i will ever go to again and all my family members and friends have started going here as well. I am the owner of northern collision and we never did a cab corner repair since i took over in September of 2014. The review that was posted is a lie. I believe it to be posted by a disgruntled ex employee. I would never do a cab corner job for 550.00. I would also never do poor quality work. We do nothing but top quality auto body and mechanical repairs.I will be contacting super pages to try and get this false review removed. Justin durfee owner. Had this place repair cab corners on my truck, 2 weeks later at the carwash, bondo falls out in a HUGE glob. Nothing was welded no can corner even ordered. Owner refuses to fix it right.Im out 550.00. I really hope this business fails, im sure it will with mr durfee behind the wheel.
