Absolutely outrageous. We were overcharged for procedures we did not consent to, their work caused new pain that they brought us back to fix - which triggered new mysterious charges - and the pain has since worsened. I believe they botched a dental crown and this has led to the present situation. We are contemplating legal action. Do not go here, and do not trust the magic '5 star' rating - all of the 5-star reviews are from strange individuals with a single review.
I had a fantastic experience at Northern Beaches Dental Practice. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, Dr. Torabinejad and her assistant Maria were thorough, gentle and amazing. I highly recommend them.
I had the most amazing clean with Angelina the Hygienist, she is the kindest lady and extremely thorough. Dr Vik was great and explained everything to me perfectly. The place is very clean and modern with a homely feel. I felt very welcome. I will definitely be back!
