The new doctor here, Dr. Pham is exceptional! He is detailed and thorough and makes you feel like he genuinely cares about you, which is rare to find. The office staff is always courteous and welcomes you with a smile. I've been here during different times, whether slow or busy, I've always been attended with a cheerful and helpful demeanor. The optician is lovely to work with as she takes her time to find the right frame to suit your specific taste or style. Kudos, Northern Ave Eye Care team, for great customer service.

I have been going to Northern Eye Care for the past 6+ yrs. I "walked in" this past Monday and was pleasantly surprised not only that I was seen immediately, but their is a new (and fantastic) Dr there. He was attentive, very thorough and professional. I was pleasantly surprised and felt like I was taken care of, by a Dr that not only cared but I didn't feel like cattle.
