Dr Chung is always so personable and truly cares about her clients. esp those with major vision issues. staff is always helpful and honest with frame selections also very pmesant to deal with. even if busy they give everyone the amount of time needed. Been coming to this practice since 2001 and have always been treated in the same manner at each visit. I drive from more than 1 hour north of Phoenix to continue with this practice
Are you looking for kid glasses? If so this is the best place to go. They have many different fits for toddlers and young children at great prices. We’ve been going here for three years now. Office staff is very helpful and friendly.
I've been going into Northern Avenue Eye Care now for over 4 years and have really enjoyed my experience ever time. Kristine and Carmen are a real credit to the practice and are very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Chung and her staff to anyone looking for a great experience !!!

I've been seeing Dr. Chung for 7 years. She is personable, thorough and knowledgeable. In fact she and the office staff are so awesome that I now drive 45 minutes for my appointments. It is worth it!
My kids and I have been getting our eye checked by Dr. Chung for about 3 years. We love her. Thorough, kind, chatty, knowledgeable. She is especially awesome with kids. Her office staff is friendly and professional. Her opticians are top notch. This optometrist and her office are a gem in North Central Phoenix!
I have a little guy with albinism and his eyes require special care. He is also nonverbal and autistic. He can be a sweet challenge. Dr. Chung and Letty were so amazing with him!!! They were patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. BEST PLACE EVER!!
