Yes..... I agree they are nice. However, the property is roach infested, as well as having roof leaks that have caused me to slip and fall in the apartment. The neighbors are okay as long as you keep to yourself. Another fact is that the place is a magnet for homeless people sleeping in the the hallways outside my apartment. People knock (homeless) on my door constantly, for what reasons I don't know!
