I have to say this is probably one of the most amazing doctor offices I’ve ever been in. My daughter has Leslie Armstrong as a Nurse practitioner/doctor She is top-notch. She is a Nurse practitioner Who actually cares and listens to you and will comes up with a plan of action with you to help you. My daughter is 11 and we followed her here from the other place. New patient first appointment - staff seemed nice. I was assigned by my provider to Kelly Moorehead, but she was not there. I was seen by her husband Collin, who didn't shake my hand when I stood up and barely even looked at me. I only came in to get a quick referral for a specialist. He said (and I quote) "the mind does not communicate with the body" than quickly became irate raising his voice and when I simply asked him not to yell at me and be respectful he stood up and yelled, " that's it, you're done, get out, get out n... read more
Drs. Kelly and Colin Moorhead are very approachable and easy to talk to. I've been seeing Dr. Kelly for many years and highly recommend her. The staff at this office are great as well, they answer the phone promptly and provide great service.
As a retired combat-injured Marine I highly recommend Northeastern Ohio Medical Specialists. It’s a small husband and wife family operation. The husband, Dr. Colin Moorhead’s bedside manner isn’t the best, but I actually appreciate that. You can tell he’s very intelligent and deals with ignorant patients all day. I’ll take intelligence and expertise over bedside manner any day. Front desk staff are also very helpful.
No flexibility. Not easy to work with. Terrible hours. Doesn't listen to concerns. Very apathetic and aloof.
