I have to say this is probably one of the most amazing doctor offices I’ve ever been in. My daughter has Leslie Armstrong as a Nurse practitioner/doctor She is top-notch. New patient first appointment - staff seemed nice. I was assigned by my provider to Kelly Moorehead, but she was not there. I was seen by her husband Collin, who didn't shake my hand when I stood up and barely even looked at me. I only came in to get a quick referral for a specialist. I am changing my 5 star review after being a patient here for over a year. I had been seeing the husband “Colin” for the past year who referred me to his wife “Kelly” to get a medical marijuana prescription. I was told to bring $250 cash as they cannot accept insurance (receipt attached). Today I brought my $250 cash payment and was seen by Kelly. During the appt she stated that she was unable to prescribe the medical cannabis due to a computer error stating that the area for her referral was “blacked out” for some unknown r... read more
Drs. Kelly and Colin Moorhead are very approachable and easy to talk to. I've been seeing Dr. Kelly for many years and highly recommend her. The staff at this office are great as well, they answer the phone promptly and provide great service.
As a retired combat-injured Marine I highly recommend Northeastern Ohio Medical Specialists. It’s a small husband and wife family operation. The husband, Dr. Colin Moorhead’s bedside manner isn’t the best, but I actually appreciate that. You can tell he’s very intelligent and deals with ignorant patients all day. I’ll take intelligence and expertise over bedside manner any day. Front desk staff are also very helpful.
