Had my chimney over half rebuilt . Gary,Raymond and Phill where here for two days. What a great job, very knowledgeable , very courteous a pleasure to have people like this come and do work. Deffinetly a 5 Star T.st.laurent

I had my chimney cleaned and inspected by Steve on 9/24. I was very happy with his professional workmanship and communication/explaination of what he was doing. He was very thorough and provided great suggestions on how to keep my chimneys in top shape. I was very happy.

Steve was my chimney inspector on 9/19/15 and did an amazing job. He explained what he was doing and having video and pictures of the interior of the chimney is extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

We have been a customer for years. Today, 9/18, they were here for a routine fireplace & furnace flue cleaning. Steve arrived on time, used protective covers on the floors/and his feet, worked efficiently, and clearly explained the condition of our flues, and suggested possible preventative options to maintain them. We also have a fireplace that is seldom used, and we appreciate their honesty when they say is does not need service vs. performing and charging us for unnecessary work.

Just had my first visit today from Northeastern Chimney and want to give a shout-out to Steve, who was friendly, professional, and very helpful in educating me about our chimney and what needs to happen. No hard sell. Just honest evaluation and information. I'm expecting the work that we will be getting done will be just as good. The company is lucky to have a representative like him.

Steve was here on the 16th to clean our chimney. He arrived on time, did a thorough inspection of our chimney, and cleaned it. He was meticulous, friendly, and knowledgeable. AND, unlike other chimney services we have used in the past, he didn't try to "upsell" us, insisting we needed additional services or equipment. Thank you!
