I hired Northeastern Chimney to repair my chimney. The crown was the key element of the repair. Seven years and 5 months later, I found water was coming into my fireplace. Long story short, the crown was poorly built and had separated from the brick structure. This created a gap that allowed water to infiltrate the chimney. Excellent service, thorough and punctual (actually, they called ahead to ask if they could arrive earlier, which was a bonus). The Northeastern team cleaned our chimney and inspected the furnace, and talked me through their report step by step with the help of photos they took while inside the works and atop the house. Very satisfied, we will definitely hire them for all routine maintenance and any needed future repairs. Thank you, Mike and Tommy!
