Been without HEAT and HOT WATER since January going into a new month. Jason, their executive vice president doesn’t have proper phone number listed in his email signature. The calls often go to “the Google subscriber cannot be reached”. No apology for the lack of communication or heat or hot water in winter. Lawsuit on their hands!!!!! Update February 20, 2024: no heat and hot water. Final update as a tenant, it is AUGUST and we are without hot water again as furnace is out.. Very professional and fast services. I had my water heater let go, they had someone out same day to remediate and a new one in same day. Highly recommend renting with Northeast!

STAY AWAY!! Matt Kelly is the absolute worst and we spent more time managing him / his rotating cast of property managers (~5 is < 3 years) then if we managed ourselves! Almost every vendor ended up contacting us for late payments and some went to collections! DO NOT USE!
