UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.After 4 calls w/ messages, a technician came out, assessed and treated. He was supposed to return. We called and called. Finally, they scheduled us giving us a day and time. No one ever showed nor did they call. We called repeatedly and left 5 messages. A Jason called and he was apologetic and assured us someone would come. Again, we were scheduled. No one showed at the appointed time. No one called. We will never use them again. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!

I can't say enough nice things about Northeast Philadelphia Exterminators and everyone who works there. I used their services about a year ago when I first moved here. I had no idea just how large 'waterbugs' could be. Well almost a year and roach free later I asked them to come out again.

There are four children at our home and it is quite difficult to protect them from all sort of disease. Therefore we decided to hire Northeast Philadelphia Exterminators to ensure a good environment for our kids. They used chemical free way and made our home pest free. We are now feeling secure at home.

Making an attempt to control pest with your home remedy may not extract the best result. It will be effective only up to certain extent. After a period of time you will observe its reoccurrence. With Northeast Philadelphia Exterminators the same work can be done in an efficient manner as they know about the resilience of their products and can begin with retreatment process before it stops working.
