Dr. Robinson always gets back to me promptly when I have reached out for renewal of pain meds. Plus I believe he truly wants to get to know his patients. He advised an orthopedic surgeon on my husband's knee who was top notch. I have no complaints with Dr. Robinson.
Had a very bed experience with Dr Davis, he was very not friendly, and didn't want to explain what he is doing, choose a different dr for your benefit.
BE AWARE OF DR WILLIAMS DAVIS, RUDE NASTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL WORK , WITH NO PATIENCE TO PATIENTS, NEEDED TO CHANGE MY CAST WITH A OTHER DR ALMOST RUINED MY FOOT, STAFF WAS NICE AND HELPFUL, THANKS TO THEM,
Had a great experience today, Saw Dr Davis ,he was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions , had digital X-rays taken ,the technician was also great, he showed me what the issue was and gave me tx options , quick and easy.
**WORD OF ADVICE** Do NOT go to this medical office. 1. The staff are not friendly and welcoming. 2. The Doctors treat you like another number. Dr. Davis is the worst. No people skills. 3. You will wait over two months for your medication or treatment. 4. Forget about getting someone to return your calls or even pick up your phone calls. I don't understand how this office can stay in business. They don't care about their patients. Montefiore has an Orthopedic office in New Windsor that's way better.
