**WORD OF ADVICE** Do NOT go to this medical office. 1. The staff are not friendly and welcoming. 2. The Doctors treat you like another number. Dr. Davis is the worst. No people skills. 3. You will wait over two months for your medication or treatment. 4. Forget about getting someone to return your calls or even pick up your phone calls. Fake🤮 & "Lying" 🤡 Dr's Which is being Reported. And that receptionist, I understand that you hate me, and that unfortunately the insurance that sent me there is "Weak" but take a chill pill & treat someone normally, and keep your bad attitude elsewhere. ( This is a unfortunate story, of two "bad" companies supposedly working together) (fake insurance add fake practices) and like all the other reviews, they are just the worst of the worst and they don't seem to care, and just "lying" on their reports, Fake & Angry 😡.

Northeast orthopedic and sports medicine is now part of Montefiore Hospital. This merge with the hospital happened over the past year. I used to be able to get the office now, call the phone number you get the hospital. You can no longer reach an office. If you try to get anything accomplished, you will just be sent through the system time and time again. Speaking to a person in the department or location you need is almost impossible. Horrible experience; My younger brother had fallen and broken her arm, while he is crying I try my best to make an appointment at the reception and the receptionist keeps urging me to call and make an appointment. No one picks up, and she urges me to call again. She is the receptionist with curly hair. She goes off at me and says “fine I’ll just make an appointment for you” when she could’ve made it 45 minutes ago, she can clearly sees my brother in pain crying.
