I no longer live in Albany and I feared I wouldn't receive the same service coming such a long distance; however, it was like old times when I came in. Even though there were many clients there (the fullest I've ever seen the office), I felt like my needs were a priority and "the Doc" and assistants made me feel like I was missed and that I couldn't leave unless I was satisfied. We have been coming to Northeast Orthodontics for several years now. All staff from office support, technicians, assistant and Dr Allwood are amazing. My son has never once felt left out in the whole process. Would recommend Northeast Orthodontics to everyone!
Dr. Allwood is a terrific orthodontist, but the characteristics that make her special and visits to her office great, is her personality and her equally impressive staff. Dr. Allwood is not only charismatic, but she genuinely cares for each of her patients and gets to know them on a friendly basis. Secondly, all the staff are super friendly and very proactive to support and making appointments. I cant stress enough how great the customer service is.
Staff is extremely nice, professional and very accommodating.
