I felt my last appointment was unacceptable. I didn't receive services, I was used in training without knowledge of and I receive unhelpful commentary upon visits. I came in for my monthly visit therefore my appt should run as expected ...secondly I shouldn't be expected to be used as training (that's not what the agreement was) and lastly the monthly checkup consists of maintaining proper procedure so I shouldn't be given a hard if something needs adjusting, it should just be taken care of.... Frustration with no office hours on any Fridays and no late hours on Thursdays at least to get in before the no office hours on Fridays.
