Best for the trauma I had to endure. Very compassionate
Wonderful office and staff! I brought my dad here as a new patient and we were skeptical at first by how many people were in the waiting room. When called to the window the receptionist with short black hair was very warming with her smile. When we were called to the back again we were greeted with a smile by the nurse Kelly. She listened to all my dad's concerns and even made small talk asking about our holiday because she knew my dad was very anxious about his visit. Had been in the „holding“ line for the last 20 minutes that the office was open 3 minutes into the call someone answered with „can you please hold“ and then left me on the line until the office was officially closed! Then I tried to use the answering machine at the end only for it to work improperly and not take my recording.
Excellent treatment, care, and professionalism. Very happy with all.
