Had an appointment for 10:00. At 11:00 I was still waiting to be called back to see the doctor. Clearly they have no respect for people's time. I'll be looking for another urologist in the area.
This place always is over booked and extremely unprofessional. You have to wait forever. Zero respect for your time. Why even bother to make an appointment time if they can't even see you within an hour of said time? It happens everytime I have ever had to come here so this is the norm evidently. If your appointment is at noon you wont be seen till at least 1 or 1:30 so plan to sit and wait, wait, wait. Don't make any plans within 2 hours or your appointment bc it will take at least that long to be seen for 5 minutes.
Doctor Vincent was very knowledgeable and polite procedure went great couldn’t have had a better doctor. Thank you.
I can not say enough regarding the nurse (Brandy) in Dr David Drevnas office. She is always kind and takes the time to answer any questions. Provides excellent bedside manner and helps you relax. Dr Drevna is the most compassionate Dr I have ever dealt with. He makes you feel welcomed and allows time for all of the questions and concerns you have. He truly goes the extra mile when it comes to patient care.
