This place has the worst phone system I've ever encountered. Expect long wait times if you even manage to get through. Even the staff admits the phones suck. So why aren't they ever fixed???
My mom’s appointment was scheduled for 8:15 am. We get there at 8:05am. We still weren’t called back by 8:50am. She had another appointment at 10am. I went to the receptionist and asked how much longer it was going to be and explained my mom had another appointment at 10am and her appointment here was at 8:15am. She was very nice and said she should be out of here by then. I explained that we still hadn’t been called back. Very professional staff welcoming and friendly, Dr Mark Memo lead me through the past two months from having a catheter, TURP surgery and post surgery. All I can from the heart is,He is a wonderful man, excellent Doctor and I would not hesitate to highly recommend him. Thank you very much.
