They don't answer the phone. They leave you on hold for 20 minutes, and then they hang up on you. I'm helping out a person, trying to find out when their appointment is. I can't get through on the phone on a Wednesday. I've been trying to call all day. Imagine going through mental illness and dealing with being ghosted like this.

I tried this company back in the fall of 2020 during the pandemic. I had to go in for an assessment in person and the manager was a very stiff, negative, and emotionally dysregulated. So red flag right there. They matched me with a counselor for CBT with no reviews that I could talk on the phone with about every 3 weeks or so, but never met, named Thomas Dunleavy. He initially seemed enthusiastic but quickly became emotionally dysregulated with crisis paced speech during each phone call, made repeat calls from a blocked numb... read more

Been a patient here since 2019 when I did not have many choices to help with my mental health. It’s a mixed bag when it comes to the staff… I’ve had some helpful experiences with some people (they have since left the center), not so great with others. There’s not a lot of flexibility in their system when it comes to contacting specific therapists or doctors and it is nearly impossible to get front desk to answer the phone.
