I tried this company back in the fall of 2020 during the pandemic. I had to go in for an assessment in person and the manager was a very stiff, negative, and emotionally dysregulated. Been a patient here since 2019 when I did not have many choices to help with my mental health. It’s a mixed bag when it comes to the staff… I’ve had some helpful experiences with some people (they have since left the center), not so great with others. There’s not a lot of flexibility in their system when it comes to contacting specific therapists or doctors and it is nearly impossible to get front desk to answer the phone. I really like the people who worked with me and the meds I was put on helps so much, but they never answer the phone and when you urgently need to reach your doctors they take a long time to get back to you. I've been trying to reach mine for a week and no luck :( please do better and reapond to your patients! Especially when their prescriptions are expired.
