I am writing this review on behalf of my partner who had an extremely frustrating and unpleasant experience at this facility. Near the end of May of this year, my partner woke up with acute chest pain and needed to be taken to urgent care. We went here because she was under the impression that this facility was covered for current Yale students which she is, though this turned out not to be true -- we just misinterpreted what we were told by a school medical insurance coordinator. Great walk in clinic. Sometimes it's very busy and there's a wait but the service is very good.
Everytime I walk in it’s a 2 hour wait, that they make sure to announce before you even get a chance to say what’s wrong. Better off just going to a really emergency with the wait times at this place.
