sign says last patient taken 15 minutes before they close!!! They turned away people at 3:25 and 3:30 when I questioned it they said they were too busy. there were 2 people in examining and 2 women at window were looking at their phones!!!!! Terrible way to treat sick people!!!!!
I am writing this review on behalf of my partner who had an extremely frustrating and unpleasant experience at this facility. Near the end of May of this year, my partner woke up with acute chest pain and needed to be taken to urgent care. We went here because she was under the impression that this facility was covered for current Yale students which she is, though this turned out not to be true -- we just misinterpreted what we were told by a school medical insurance coordinator.
