When I first started going to this office I was pleased, but as time went on I started to notice the unprofessional practices. I have been waiting for a response from my doctor for about a month and a call back from the office, I have called multiple times with no answer. I have been in a lot of pain and patiently waiting for my next step I was told I would receive a call within 2-3 days a week went by then a month. Will never recommend it to anyone.
It's extremely difficult to get in touch with someone at this office. Its rare that i call and someone answers and they certainly never call back.
They don't follow national rules set in place to avoid and protect from illness/infection. Stopped going here after noticing this is the only doctor office ive ever used in life that doesnt follow infection control.girl almost stuck me with a needle she stuck herfelf with (SAY SOMETHING ALWAYS)without washing hands and not wearing gloves or using an alcohol wipe to kill any germs before sticking me w/ a needle.

I have had my bloods drawn from here for moths and I always thought it was odd that they do not use gloves when stocking me with a needle. I’m very prone to infection and am switching offices after talking to a healthcare official that it is a serious offense not to use gloves when using needles (drawing bloods phlebotomist MA’s)
