My experience there was terrible. It showed me that I needed to stay in my own neck of the woods, if you know what I mean!! When I was referred there i didn't know i wouldn't be seeing a doctor. Sandy Zhang (APRN) who i had to end up seeing and the folks at the front desk made me feel very UNCOMFORTABLE every time i went to a appointment or called on the phone. The reception is extremely rude and unwilling to help. Major attitude issues and complete lack of compassion. Awful practice. There is blatant disregard for patient well being. Please save yourself the frustration and health and choose a different practice . There have been several situations that should have been handled very differently . This practice has left us feeling uncared for , angry, frustrated, and hopeless. I hope major changes take place for the sake of patients that trust the care at this office.
