The Therapist they assigned me is new and was overwhelmed with her caseload and unable to help me with my needs. I had a tele health appt and was online waiting for 30+mins and the therapist was “offline” although she stated she was online. I am in need of help and had such an unpleasant experience. My last appt she focused on her issues for 20mins and then turned off her camera and microphone so I was left in the room alone. This has been one of the worst experiences and I do not recommend this practice.
