I got matched with amazing people. My therapist is very supportive and I can reach out to her anytime! My med provider is also very supportive. They actually listen to what I'm saying! I recommend Northeast to anyone.
Things started well but quickly turned bad when my therapist abruptly left the company. I've had to live out of pocket due to my papaerwork not being submitted to the insurance company twice. Now, having to return to work, I can't get a discharge letter clearing me and I'm now in danger of losing my job. I've called and left several messages with no response. Not good. Please save yourself the mental anguish and go else where before you even call them to make an appointment. You still have time! Run, run, very fast the opposite way! Eileen is a poor excuse for a director. She should be managing a McDonald’s and not a mental health facility.
