I was in the emergency room and then admitted for overnight observation. Everyone from the greeters to the intake people all the way through my discharge were absolutely amazing. They were caring and also presented a very human face being able to show both compassion, intelligence and a sense of humor in addition to very skillful practice. Communications with me were clear, but not condescending. I felt treated as a partner in my own healing.

I had a power trimmer injury and could have bled out if it had been 2 inches over. We went to a nearby urgent care, and they were closed for remodeling, with no mention having been made even though I get several promotional messages per week from them, having been a patient there. Your people were really great, and N.P. Jessica Loggins was very impressive, taking time to explain to me and my wife everything we need to do as follow-up.
