The staff and providers were great however front desk is either racist or hates her job .. not even a greeting and looks as if I was bothering her just by being there.
Nice people + glitchy system=bad service I needed same-day help for an eye issue so I selected a specific time/location for a walk in, arrived early, and waited so long my pharmacy was closed by the time I got helped. They offered to send my prescription to a different pharmacy, but when I arrived there, that location was also closed. I had to drive back to the urgent care office and request they send the Rx to another (3rd) location. I was in the emergency room and then admitted for overnight observation. Everyone from the greeters to the intake people all the way through my discharge were absolutely amazing. They were caring and also presented a very human face being able to show both compassion, intelligence and a sense of humor in addition to very skillful practice. Communications with me were clear, but not condescending. I felt treated as a partner in my own healing.
