Awful Service. They wanted me to use American Imaging in Gainesville for MRI. After 5 days (the maximum amount of time I was told it would take to 'read' the MRI) I began calling NGPG and American Imaging. NGPG would not answer the phone. They are AWFUL -
Dr. Hanson performed surgery on my foot. I’ve lived in constant pain and suffer falls constantly due to the instability of it. It’s worse than before he operated, by far. He told me he’d fix me and did not fulfill his word.
From the moment we signed in, everyone was incredibly kind. The entire staff were amazing! The doctor also explained and referenced my daughters imaging so we understood what he was talking about. We felt very comfortable and left with all of our questions and concerns addressed.
