Went to Dr. Rowan in January for help with neck pain/migraines. He acted like he couldn’t help me and wasn’t interested in helping me but said if I get back pain then come back. I felt like the visit was a waste of my time and his. My neurologist sent me there because they do treat neck pain/migraines so it was a very weird unprofessional and uncomfortable visit. Worst experience ever. If you have other options, use them.
New patient could not had picked or referred too. Everyone is so nice and very helpful. Since I have been dealing with my neck pain (last March ) and they don't drag their feet either . And they have options for me to pick instead of just going straight to surgery, they work with u and to me they treat you like you matter.
Wonderful care and an entire staff that goes above and beyond!
