no wonder they moved (2100 16th street n).. got stuck with new nurse ..who thought when i asked what med Im on included vitamins and wanted me to say prescription( 4 months after last blood work test done says i could have something to worry about and just telling me now with no new test done).. its a joke !{vitamins\suplements are not regulated]
