Don’t waste your time with these people. Especially if you’re military. I had a referral sent to them over a month ago. They will add you to the database but not even schedule you even with a referral number. The scheduler doesn’t speak clearly. Try some place else.

I wonder if this office is managed by racists in Sumter SC. I was verbally assaulted by who has been identified to me as “Tammy”. She threatened me with physical violence to include death - and got away with it! No one at the office offered any effort to correct this abusive behavior. Makes me wonder if her hatred is based upon our racial differences. Same assumption for office staff since her actions were not corrected.

Had an appointment today, Friday, they called earlier this week, Tuesday, to confirm the appointment, and when I got there this morning, they were closed. Door locked, lights off, parking lot empty, no sign on the door, nothing. So naturally I called the number on the sign, and the person I spoke with just said that all offices were closed today, but he would reschedule the appointment. Never again! They bounced us around from in-house doctor to in-doctor only to deny treatment because my daughter was too young. Despite the seriousness of her condition. We ended up going to Dr Cahill whom actually HELPED!!! Don’t recommend and won’t ever go there again.
