I have seen two different female providers here and both are terrible providers. Looking elsewhere for a knowledgeable physician.
I would give them ZERO stars if I could! Waiting over two weeks a call back. I called three times and got three different answers—then I was told I could’ve scheduled an appointment and wait for the referral to be processed because I have federal insurance—unacceptable!!
Had to go for an ingrown toe infection caused by a pedicure. First time going to a podiatrist, so was a bit nervous. I was able to get in 3 days after my Tricare Referral was sent in, which was a blessing considering the holiday season coming up. There was no wait time, and Dr. Awa was absolutely amazing. She was kind, comforting, and extremely knowledgable. The procedure was quick and painless. I. am so grateful to have been referred to this office!
