I really liked Kaitlyn. My first time going to a dermatologist and I learned a lot. The staff was really nice and could relate to my pain. Very good experience.
Wrong diagnosis by Dr.McKelvey! Only found out when I went to see another doctor or I would be taking antibiotics for no reason!!!
RecommendedKaitlin is a smart, fun, personable PA. I highly recommend her to anyone!!!

Extremely disappointing experience. The doctor was not personable at all.... he made no effort to build a rapport with me. I was seen for something on my finger and something under my eye. The bill sent to my insurance only mentioned my finger which ended up not being covered. I do not recommend this unfriendly staff.
They take there time explaining everything and try there hardest to get the best treatment, they work very hard with your insurance for the right treatment . I love the staff , they are always so nice from the front desk to the medical staff. Thank you
Dr. Mcelvy was great? Froze the spots on my face, and scraped another area.
