Love Northeast Dermatology! Dr. Herron and his staff are efficient and helpful. They get the job done and every visit is pleasant and informative. They refuse to resolve their billing errors of our account. They would not communicate and they use a collection service as the bad cop on a debt not owed. Very unprofessional. We will never use them again.
I had been a long time patient here and no issues until recently. Billing has been less than helpful with an insurance company mistake and issue. I have never in my life had medical professional staff be so rude and unapologetic while I was merely on a fact finding mission. I will be requesting my records and looking for another doctor.

You have STOLEN my money. You applied payments made for myself and my husband to my account, leaving my husband past due. the past 2 months have been hell. I have called over 20 times requesting a call back and nothing, even from the office manager. I have proven that all payments have been received and you still won't correct the accounts. the office staff is discrediting the doctors by their actions. Been going here about 4 years, everyone very friendly. All the staff is very caring, I see Dr. McElfy, very pleased, highly recommend.
