RecommendedDr. Cottell is my doctor. She is thorough and professional. She recommended that I have a growth removed and Dr. Herron did that. Quick and pain free. He also explained why I needed to see a geneticist regarding this. His nurse, Dan, said that if he was going to have anything removed from his face he would want Dr. Herron to do it because his ability to make it as scar free as possible is excellent.
Billing department is terrible. Refuses to work with you on a payment plan of what you can accommodate. I offered to make smaller payments until my tax return came and then pay in full and they wouldn’t accept. Sent me to collections and tagged on an additional 35%!!!! Outrageous!! Tried to work it out with the office, as I had called in numerous times for a payment plan and they wouldn’t even listen to me. Biggest scam ever! Dr Herron is a salesman at best.Serious lack of professionalism! Do not waste your money
We have been going to Dr Heron and his PA for many years. Have never been disappointed with our visits or treatment. They are very knowledgeable and very punctual! Nice people. Highly recommend!

I have had skin issues for years and have seen dermatologists before (without much success or follow through); however, Dr. McKelvey and his team have been extremely professional, thorough and vigilant in determining my underlying problems. I'm not only recommending them here, but I continue to 'brag' about them to family and friends. I highly recommend them for any of your skin needs!
I have gone to Dr. Herron for about 3 years now. I have sun damage (I believe) from enjoying years of great suntan while riding a motorcycle and in the past year I have had a blue light treatment on my face and chest. This is a treatment for this damage and left my skin smoother and will possibly prevent any cancer I might develop. I felt it made my skin smoother and healthy also. I highly recommend Dr. Herron and hope you will get a checkup before you know there is an issue. Great office staff as well !!

Dr Herron is very professional, thorough a d attentive to my issues. My most recent surgery was successful and painless. I rarely wait longer than 10 minutes to see the Dr and I find the medical assistants and staff courteous and helpful. I have family members and colleagues who also see the doctors at Northeast. I recommend them highly!
