I had a bad experience trying to get dentures here but they offered to refund some of my money. Seems to be taking a while but I guess that is normal. Nice office and people in just about every other way. Just make sure you are 100% clear with what you want and how you want to look and don't be afraid to speak up for yourself.
They're either scammers or they just didn't want me there.I went here to get ONE broken tooth pulled and they tried to charge me $800 (even though my dental insurance said my portion was 400$) and to get anesthesia they said it will be 1440$... and yes they accepted my dental insurance. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND I'LL NEVER GO BACK.
Dr. Olivia Santillan DDS is a wonderful dentist who I trust very much. From the front desk, to the assistants to the hygienists, I cannot speak highly enough about this practice. I recommend them regularly to friends and acquaintances.
