Extremely unprofessional, no coordination, plus the referral department has power trips and hangs up the phone!
The service is OK as long as they explain the things the way they supposed to the problem is doctors are always rushing and in a hurry the secretaries and nurses are very stupid they answer the phone very disrespectful I am currently screened to call and ask for the information of my family members they always ask if they can speak to the people on file why do they do this if I already have the permit and they have the consent form the social worker is amazing but sometimes she does not pay attention to the correct instructi... read more
It took over an hour to get my covid rapid test. . . That was before getting my results. It was my first time here so I had to fill out several pages of paper work. I was instructed to park at the covid testing spot and call once I had arrived. I waited about 5 minutes before I was able to be connected with a person over the phone to let them know I was there.
