Called me when he said he was going to, got my car in and out. When he found out about the recall on the part he was fixing it called me back to tell me about it, I’d recommend them to anyone.
The owners at Northeast Auto are wonderful, very professional, and reliable. I had my brakes, along with a few other things fixed and received the best customer service and great prices. Never will I take my car anywhere else!
Seriously, I love this shop and everyone who works here. They are the kindest and most honest repair shop I've been to. Even though I've moved an hour away from Ferndale, I still take my car there, the service is well worth the commute.

Highly recommend NorthEast Auto Service! Dropped truck off Monday and had A LOT done and had it back 1st Thursday morning.Mainly had to wait on special order parts otherwise I would of had it Wednesday.Service was great,price was great,Communication was above and beyond.
