I advise you to come 15 minutes before your appointment because if you are 5 minutes late, your appointment will be postponed.
This group is incredibly frustrating and backwards. Scheduled a new patient appointment for a baby looking for allergy testing and was informed at the appointment they do not do allergy testing on babies. So I was billed for a conversation which could have been avoided with transparency. Have spoke with rude call center staff on the phone trying to schedule an appointment. Not only is Dr.Dunlap a phenomenal doctor she is also very kind and patient. I brought my twins boys to an appointment to be seen by a different MD. After the appointment was over, both of the boys were crying and very unsettled in the room. She went out of her way to come in the and help me. She picked up one of my boys to rock him and calm him down. I was beyond thankful for her and just shows the type of person she truly is. Highly recommend her for both medical care and for a provider who is just genuinely caring.
Waiting 20 minutes to get seen every time I go here is crazy to me
