Took a 2008 Toyota Tundra to Northcutt Service Department this week to diagnose a check engine light. Took it in at the end of the day to drop off for service the following morning. Ty Atkinson, in service, went ahead and plugged it in and diagnosed the problem so that I didn't have to wonder overnight. The news wasn't great but he quickly informed me of an extended Toyota warranty that covered my situation and saved me a lot of money. I greatly appreciate the customer service and courtesy that Ty provided.
