I drove about 2 hrs from Wichita to Northcutt get my new car. Save your time, money with all the hassle and call this dealer. Awesome people there. I worked with Ryan Martin he helped to get my car. Highly recommend
Used Northcutt ever since I bought my 09 Toyota and I was very happy with them. But when I inquired about replacing my tires, they were succinct and to the point not at all customer friendly. I had to ask them for a quote they didn't offer, nor did they offer really any information. I also called them a few days before and left a message but they never returned my call. My husband and I have known Ryan Martin for quite a while. In fact, he sold us our first Toyota Highlander several years ago. He is honest, upfront and works hard to find exactly what you are looking for in a vehicle. Scotty Witty has a great sense of humor and gets right down to business. We appreciate the due diligence of the Northcutt staff and all of the integral services that are provided in continuing to keep and maintain exceptional customer service! Highly recommend felt like Toyota family as soon as I hit the driveway entrance. Staff was great all around my salesman Chuck Clingenpeel took care of me along with my finance man Scott Witty couldn't ask for any better. I give them 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.
