I get being short staffed. I was annoyed at waiting 2 hours but that still is not the reason I am writing a bad review. The staff was very friendly and apologetic. Between every patient I get chatting at the desk. But when that is all people see, something is wrong. If you’re going to chat you also have to remember what your charting when you’re talking. Outstanding. We went in, I gave my information and was taken back immediately. Once in the room, we waited approximately 5 minutes. The treating practitioner asked very detailed questions, including history, and thoroughly discussed treatment options. I was actually glad that my primary care doc didn't have openings and referred me there!

Don't believe the hours posted! Waited for over 20 mins on Sunday, 5/9/21 for clinic to open and no one showed up. When trying to call, it lead you through all the phone options including hours of operation which said they were open and then it just hung up on me. Good thing this wasn't a true emergency! Hope it gets better when HCA takes them over! Won't be back until that time!
