RecommendedSo happy to find Northcoast Audio. I wanted to buy a Sony Bravia TV online and thought I should really try and find it locally. I called Northcoast Audio and Chris was super helpful. Without out even asking he matched the best online price I could find. I stopped down at the store and met Chris. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Now I’m going to buy a a Sony receiver from him that is priced $200 below Best Buy. Can’t beat that. Shop Local!
I have been buying audio equipment and getting advice from Chris at Northcoast Audio for 8 years. Recently, I called with a question, and his recommendation was for a product he does not sell. Chris is about educating his customers to make the best decisions as practical. Lastly, Chris simply is a wizard of Audio Visual knowledge. He stands behind the products he sells and with prices that will keep you coming back. My next purchase is full range floor standing speakers. I simply will not be buying anywhere else.
Chris was amazing! He guided me and my husband out of the comfort of our 40 year old marantz and into a brand new one full of technology and music from around the world!
I live on the opposite side of the country, in a place where we don't have any HiFi shops. My search for equipment took me far and wide. Reached out to Northcoast via email, and Chris could not have been more patient and helpful in assisting me. First class all the way. Highly recommended, even if you're not "local"!
